Abraham Guajardo was injured when the car he was driving was hit by a truck driven by Jacob Swearinger the truck is owned by United Van Lines. Mr. Swearinger did not yield the right of way when approaching an intersection. He tried to turn around in an unsafe manner and hit Mr. Guajardo.
